The Mummy Will Cure Your Woes

The second of our newest webcomics - Manhattan Mummy, by Powflip and colored by Rocketshoes.

Manhattan Mummy was once a real dude. A real bad dude. Don't worry, though, he's dead now. He was punished for trying to pet a cat backwards by getting mummified alive, and was cursed to "live" the rest of his undead life in Manhattan.

It's not too bad though. He works as a subway operator, and on his spare time he helps people out using his "magical powers".

Check out Alexandria

DAPshow has been a bit inactive on the front page recently - our bad. There's been issues keeping us from showing some love. We're back now, though, and we would like to introduce you to some of our newest webcomics. First up, Alexandria.

This is the story of a young knight, Alexandria: A fiery redheaded rose of a woman with a first for adventures, and the occasional mug of ale. When a tragedy strikes her life however, she is left felling alone and lost in the world. She however ventures out into the world around her in search for answers to this event. On her journey she stumbled upon the giant behemoth, William, and from there things get more confusing for the Knight and the Giant as new questions arise, and new adventures await them.

If you haven't noticed yet, it's been up for around a month and a half. So, stop sitting on your thumbs, and catch up with Alexandria.

Also, because we love you all so much, here are some links to the other entries that we got.

Sir Gerard VonRaffe
Ufsark the Terrorble

Life Gives You Lemons Guy
Amaloo's Villain

CREATE-A-VILLAIN CONTEST

It has been said that every great hero has an even greater villain, and too many times we have seen villains we just can't get into and enjoy. That's why I'm putting that part of the comic into your hands!

That's right, you, the reader, get the opportunity to create a prominent villain in the story of The Great Rift! All through April, we will be running a contest to find the first big villain of The Great Rift.

Feel free to make as many villains as you want! Male, female, fat, skinny, strong, weak, WHATEVER YOU WANT!

All entries are due April 28th, and the winner will be announced May 1st, with the comic officially starting up again May 2nd!

So what're you waiting for? GET TO VILLAIN MAKIN'!

Hiatus

As you noticed... two weeks without updates ;_;

For now, the comic is on hiatus while I deal with a busy class schedule, and a big comic project on Void.

I hope to come back with really good stuff. I've been disappointing lately

HFB on a Short Break

You may have noticed (or maybe not) that Hardcore Fetish Boys has been on a break the last couple of weeks.

This is because I have been working on getting Cat Odes together, and didn't want to put up a bunch of rushed pages.

I still need more time for things, so HFB will also miss another week, and return on the week of the 21st-27th with multiple updates. I'm not sure if I will stick to that format for future weeks, but for one week there will be a big HFB party.

Rival Jam Winner

The good news, everyone who submitted before deadline will be included in the webissue special of the Hardcore Fetish Boys. There can only be one grand prize winner, though, and that is the Crass Sisters by Sarah Fowlie.

So, keep a look out for the special Crass Sisters webissue of HFB. It will have cameos from all the other entries, and make it's debut after the current issue ends!

Congrats, Sarah! And a special thanks to the other contestants.

Also, feel free to keep the Jam alive. The main prize might not be available anymore, but a select few could still be given cameos.

LAST DAY FOR THE RIVAL JAM!

Well, the HFB Rival Jam is coming to a close today, so if you want to get your entries in, you better hurry!

And, even if you miss the deadline by a little, you can still submit your entries.

Rival Jam Contest is Nearing an End

Only 2 days remain for entries for the HFB Rival Jam. So get your pencils in hand and get drawing! Winner gets a free copy of the Eternal Sad, or something of similar value!

Remember, post your entries in this thread!

HFB Rival Jam!

The webcomic jams/contests continue!  The new one is for the Hardcore Fetish Boys, and for this jam, you must create a new rival for them!

The only requirement is they must be children as
well.  Other than that, anything is OK.

The best part of this Jam - it has prizes!

GRAND PRIZE

A copy of GOTHOLOGY: The Eternal Sad (which has their first appearance)
AND a webissue of HFB will be devoted to the winning RIVALS

Runner Ups

Also, 3 runner ups will have their rivals make cameo appearances, out of costume as classmates, in the same webissue.

Make sure to post your entries on the forum thread, located here.

Webcomics LIVE!

Webcomics on DAPshow are up and running. We have launched with 4 comics, and 3 more are on the way.

Webcomics currently up are:

BARACUDA
Fuse
Hardcore Fetish Boys
The Great Rift

A couple of them have a nice backlog, so there is plenty to read.

On top of this, we decided to kick off the webcomics with a series of art jam contests.

Almost Ready

As you may have noticed, the webcomics section of DAPshow is now viewable.  It is not officially launched, still a few more days for that, but a lot of the comics have a back log, and could already be access via recent comments, so we made it live a little early.

So enjoy em!

New Webcomic Section: Coming Soon

DAPshow will be launching a webcomics section starting next year.  You might have already seen some of the test pages floating around in the archives.. Well, this is what that was for.

We currently have 2 that will be in our line-up when we launch- Hardcore Fetish Boys and The Great Rift, and we hope to add another comic or two.

If you are interested in making a webcomic for DAPshow, or already have one you would like to also post on DAPshow, check out the submissions section.
